Each player may hold only one joy11 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.
All bonuses at joy11 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their joy11 login credentials. joy11 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to secure their account.
All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only via the same method used to deposit where possible.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which joy11 operates. Players are responsible for compliance with local laws in their own jurisdiction.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and others who access or use the joy11 website and services.
1.2 By completing the registration process on joy11.app, clicking "I Agree" during account setup, or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in their entirety.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the joy11 platform. Your sole remedy in that circumstance is to cease use of the platform and, if you have an account, to request its closure.
1.4 joy11 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. The joy11 platform is strictly available to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. joy11 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the joy11 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident. joy11 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Access to joy11 from jurisdictions where gambling is unlawful is prohibited.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual may register only one account with joy11. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, including through the use of different email addresses or identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joy11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any associated bets, and retain any balance held in the duplicate account(s) subject to applicable law.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. joy11 may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport.
2.5 KYC Verification. As part of its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations, joy11 applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Withdrawal of funds from a joy11 account requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. joy11 may suspend or close any account where KYC requirements are not met within the timeframe specified.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your joy11 login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. joy11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify joy11 immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You may contact the 24/7 live support team for immediate assistance with account security.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. joy11 makes two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all account holders. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from within their account security settings to provide an additional layer of protection.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. joy11 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and, where required by applicable law, to remit unclaimed balances to the relevant authority.
4.1 Accepted Methods. joy11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on joy11 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fee is applied by joy11 for PKR transactions. Third-party fees charged by payment processors are outside joy11's control.
4.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may be set by your payment provider or by joy11 at its discretion. You may set personal deposit limits from within your account settings at any time.
4.4 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. Where possible, joy11 will return funds to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed on the same day.
4.5 Verification of Funds. joy11 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Players must not use the platform to transfer, launder, or otherwise deal with funds derived from unlawful activities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers provided by joy11 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between specific offer terms and these Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only unless the offer specifies otherwise.
5.3 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method. joy11 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period specified in the applicable offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. It is the player's responsibility to review offer terms before opting in.
5.5 VIP Programme. The joy11 VIP Diamond loyalty programme is subject to separate programme terms. joy11 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and programme benefits at any time. VIP status does not constitute a vested right or a contractual entitlement to specific ongoing benefits.
5.6 Abuse. joy11 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other exploitative conduct, is identified.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on joy11 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for slot games are verified by independent testing agencies.
6.2 Accepted Bets. A bet is deemed accepted only when joy11's system generates a confirmation. Bets that are not confirmed by the system are not valid. Joy11 shall not be liable for bets that fail due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
6.3 Void Bets. joy11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already concluded, where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where an obvious error in odds or pricing has occurred. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the player's account.
6.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the joy11 sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and event. In-play bets are subject to real-time odds changes; the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation constitute the accepted price. Cricket betting markets, including PSL and ICC events, are governed by event-specific rules published within the sportsbook.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joy11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10.2 joy11's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period preceding the claim.
10.3 joy11 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device.
11.1 joy11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory compliance requirements, or player protection grounds, with or without notice.
11.2 Players may request closure of their joy11 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
12.1 joy11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, joy11 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email.
12.2 Your continued use of the joy11 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which joy11 holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute, joy11's decision on the matter shall be final unless the player escalates the matter to the relevant licensing or dispute resolution authority.
13.2 Pakistani players acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Pakistan is subject to local laws and that joy11 makes no representations as to the lawfulness of its services in any specific Pakistani jurisdiction. Players accept full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
